GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON test.* TO 'test_c'@'192.168.0.1' IDENTIFIED BY '123456' WITH GRANT OPTION;
flush privileges;
第一行中，192.168.0.1是阿里云内网的一个地址，这个是允许远程访问的IP的值。自行改为其他值。
test_c是账户名，后面的123456是密码。
即，允许来自192.168.0.1的连接并使用test_c账户和123456这个密码进行访问。
ALL PRIVILEGES ON 后面的test 表示只可以访问test数据库(*.*表示所有数据库，即完全访问权限）指定为特定数据库。
而IP这里，可以使用%来表示所有IP。
第二行是使设置立刻生效。
以上操作，其实就是在mysql库的user表，添加了一条新的记录，相应的：
Host=特定ip，User=允许登录的用户名，Password=密码 等等。
mysql -utest -p -h192.168.0.1 -P8800 #服务器ip192.168.0.1 端口是8800
取消授权
revoke all on test.* from 'test_chat'@'192.168.0.1';
Delete from user where user = "test_c" and host = "192.168.0.1" ;
flush privileges;
